Hope House was selected as one of 10 signature projects for Hilton’s 2018 Global Week of Service initiative. On July 24, a group of 50 employees from Hilton came to Hope House to complete much-needed updates to the exterior and playground areas.

Working in four-hour shifts, employees took on a huge project, helping to tear out and rebuild one of Hope House’s porches, repair a broken sandbox and clean the playground. Employees also assisted with putting together a playhouse and table for the playground, as well as provided new outdoor toys and books for the classrooms. Hilton donated more than $10,000 in materials and labor to Hope House for this service day.
